I love it !!

All I can say is WOW! I recently did a transfer to a more updated unit and I just love everything about my new home! I love the paint color, the appliances, the carpets, and I love how much thought they put into the little details. I also want to commend the staff on making my transfer the easiest transfer possible. They are willing to do what is best for the resident and that speaks volumes in this line of work. I also love that their maintenance team responds quickly and accurately to any requests that I made over my time living here. They are professional and knowledgable in what they do. Overall, if you are looking for a new home that is affordable, spacious, and safe then this is the place for you!

I live in the back of the complex, which frightened me because you always hear these little horror stories about the "things" that may happen near the dumpsters but honestly I actually like it ! It's quiet and very peaceful, lightening could be better, but I honestly do feel safe.

Lived here going on 4 yrs, few management changes and rent has gone up almost 150.00 over the years, current owners/management making many changes around the complex and with that comes rent increase. But thats everywhere. GREAT LOCATION!

Upon moving to Charlotte because of employment, finding reasonable and affordable housing was a task within itself. Being new to the area I was looking for something closer to my place of work and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping venues, entertainment, etc. I began observing Beacon Hill Apartments for over a month and made it a point to stop by the on-site office periodically at different times of the day or simply drive through just to view the environment. On my very first visit I just inquired gaining insight on the quality of customer service received. Of course customer service sets the tone of what your preparing to buy into and I must say that as far as my view the staff has held up to my perception of great quality. I decided to make Beacon Hill my new home. From day one I've received nothing but outstanding customer service and amazing turn around on things needed. Especially the work that was needed after moving in, they followed through expeditiously ensuring to respond to needs and or questions. Although I've only been a resident a short while, I'm constantly sharing my experience thus far and the quality of residential units and of course recommending that they take a viewing. The new renovation work have brought awesome appeal to those who passed daily. Thank you staff for making this transition smooth and easy, you're very much appreciated.

I love it here, it's a perfect location

I've lived here a little over 7 years. You would never know so many kids lived here that's how minimal the noise level is. The location is great.

When I came to Beacon Hill I knew these were the apartments for me and my family. The office staff is always nice and always willing to help. I had a issue with my dishwasher and Maintenance was on top of it the next day! The apartments are nice and cozy and the walk in closets are big and spacious. The neighborhood it’s self is very quiet and i feel safe and secure with the gate. You have plenty of restaurants, shopping and highways near by (77, 485, 85) and also cats and the train stops. I’m definitely renewing my lease once it’s up.

I've been a resident since Mar of last year an i must say since the new mgt take over I have loved the improvements made so far on the property. Pool area, the repaved road, fresh paint on the apartments, the dog walk park, playground. I'm waiting for a club house area for the older crowd like myself can hangout "ADULTS" overall 2 thumbs way up?????????? job well down. I must point out how touched I am that they make a point to have monthly resident gatherings it makes me feel welcomed. Looking forward to many more exciting improvements. So very glad I chose Beacon Hill to call home???Mahalo

Moved in a little over a month ago... so far so Good! Love the location (tons of restaurants, night life, stores, plus walking distance to the light rail). Also, love the fact this community is gated and has on site security. The staff is refurbishing tons of stuff, including repainting all the buildings and railings. Overall, great value (fairly low price) with a lot of perks!
